Product Application Scope
Suitable for single-sheet printed products after die-cutting, and capable of printing quality defect inspection for paper packaging such as clothing hang tags, pharmaceutical packages, electronic products, daily chemical packages and color boxes.
Defect Detection Capabilities
● Conventional printing defects (ink specks, dirt spots, color difference, insect marks, water droplets, oil droplets)
● Die-cut station defects (die-cut misalignment)
● Surface finishing defects (film lamination, hot stamping of gold and silver, partial UV coating, embossing, screen printing)
● Variable data defects (1D barcode and 2D QR code reading, duplicate codes, wrong codes, missing codes) Non-conforming products with the above defects can be rejected automatically.
