The PJ 200 series intelligent on-line glue spraying inspection system provided in this solution is an intelligent supporting solution with high compatibility, high precision and zero operation threshold. Connected on-line with customers’ existing folder gluers and box gluers, the system intercepts glue spraying defects, prevents defective products from outflow and supports enterprises’ intelligent upgrading.

2. System Working Principle

Adopting high-speed visual comparison technology and precise stroke control, the system forms a closed-loop inspection and control process of “induction – acquisition – analysis – linkage”:

2.1 Precision Induction:

When cartons on the folder gluer pass through the inspection point, the sensor performs real-time induction and sends trigger signals to the high-speed camera.

2.2 High-speed Capture:

Upon receiving the signal, the camera completes image acquisition of the glue spraying area and transmits high-performance color images to the visual inspection system in real time.

2.3 Intelligent Comparison:

The visual inspection system conducts precise image analysis, and compares the on-line identified glue spraying information with the preset standard template data at high speed in real time.

2.4 Diversified Control Response:

· Qualified Product Judgment: The detected information is consistent with the template, the product is judged qualified and flows out normally.

· Defective Product Judgment: Inconsistent detection results (judged as excessive glue, insufficient glue, glue overflow, broken glue and other defects) will trigger the system to send signals to the IO controller. According to preset modes, the IO controller controls the equipment to stop and alarm, or links the waste rejection mechanism to perform accurate waste removal.

The integrated hardware design enables simple installation on glue guns with flexible movement. A single system supports simultaneous detection of 2 to 4 glue guns, perfectly adapting to multi-section glue spraying processes.

Seamlessly compatible with most mainstream folder gluers and box gluers on the market. Featuring a user-friendly interface, it requires low technical proficiency for front-line operators. The 15.6-inch large display enables intuitive viewing of operating status.
